If you would like to join our call list to pick up very gently used clothing in December, January & June, please contact us via the form on the left. Here are our criteria:
1. Organizations must be able to pick up the bags of clothing and distribute in a timely and respectful manner.
2. The quality of these items is largely excellent. Except in the rare case of severely stained, ripped or otherwise inferior items, we expect the clothing to be given to those who will wear them, or put into non-profit thrift stores where the low-income population may purchase the items at a nominal cost which will be used for the maintenance of the non-profit organization.
3.Organizations must honor their commitment to us. Since we are picking up at schools, we must be on time, courteous and professionally attired.
4. We require a prompt follow-up email with details of the pickup: completion, number of bags received, any other information we should know.
5. Organizations that do not comply with the above are removed from our contact list at our discretion..
We are all about picking up gently used clothing to supply people who need them. BUT- without a partnership with organizations that pickup, sort, clean and distribute our donations, our work is meaningless.
